All appointments of 1 hour or longer must be secured with a valid credit card. This ensures your treatment time has been reserved especially for you. However, if your plans change, and you need to adjust or cancel your treatment, we ask of you to provide 4 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice are subject to the full service fee.

The focus of Wildflower Wellness is to provide relaxation and balance to body, mind and spirit. To ensure timely service to all our guests, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow time for complete consultation. Late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time. The full service fee will apply.

Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance. Your therapist will give an overview of the treatment to be experienced. Feel free to ask any questions and be assured that you will be draped discreetly at all times. To ensure the time spent at Wildflower Wellness is completely yours, we recommend cell phones are either switched off or left outside. This is your time and we want to ensure you thoroughly enjoy the experience. Whether it is the room temperature, the strength of massage pressure or the volume of the music playing that needs adjusting, please just ask.

Wellness gift cards are the perfect way to show you care. They are available in any denomination and can be redeemed for any service or product. Wellness gift cards are transferable but are non-refundable.
